If you are concerned about boarding your beloved Grey when you
travel, then allow me to ease your mind…
A trip to the kennel can be a very stressful situation for a
Greyhound, but a visit to our home will be like a vacation!
Our Greyhound Garden Room is the perfect retreat for any hound
guest. Here they can enjoy the view from the window relaxing
the day away, or play with a chew toy or bone in peace.

All hound guests will play with our dogs and share the couch,
instead of being in a cage alone.

Care is provided to your pet day and night.

Daily
exercise is provided with neighborhood walks and playtime in our
large fenced in yard---during inclement weather our indoor
play area will be used.
Our priority is
to make every Greyhound feel as comfortable as they do at home, and
we treat them like family!
Every guest will
receive pictures and/or video of their vacation with us, so their
families will know how they spent their time at our Greyhound
Vacation Home.

I don't think I've met anyone so
dedicated to our greyt dogs as Vanessa Cambria. Not only does
she devote her time and home to them, she is also an angel in
disguise to humans. I recently had medical issues and turned to
Vanessa for advice about my beautiful boy, Sebastian. Not only
did she give me advice, but she also traveled from her home to
mine (almost an hour away), site unseen, and picked up my baby
and took him home with her for three days, so that I would feel
as safe as he was and was able to recover with peace of mind.
Vanessa is always upbeat and a
pleasure to talk to. I've not yet met her in person, but feel
this way from my many conversations with her. In addition, when
my husband picked up Sebastian from Vanessa, he commented on how
wonderful she is (and that's a lot for my relatively quiet,
reserved husband!!!).
I would highly recommend Vanessa and
her enthusiasm and love for these wonderful dogs to anyone who
feels the same way. She makes it safe and OK for you to leave
your precious dog. You will just know that they are getting the
best care and love they can get until you pick them up again!!
